Use this calculator to estimate the cost of sponsoring your eligible employees in the ELCA Traditional Benefits Program for the current or upcoming year.

Who should use this calculator:

• Employers who currently sponsor members in the ELCA Traditional Benefits Program and have an EmployerLink login. This tool uses system data for employees you currently sponsor.

From your EmployerLink homepage, click on the Benefit Cost Estimator button at the bottom of the right hand side.

Use this general calculator to estimate the cost of sponsoring newly eligible employees or to calculate prorated costs when an employee begins or ends sponsorship mid-month in the ELCA Traditional Benefits Program to understand the potential benefit amount.
